The below table contains listings of the HDB shops that are currently available for Assignment/ Takeover. They are updated every now and then or weekly. Some shops available for rent are not shown here under landlord’s strict instructions. Do feel free to give me a call/SMS/Whatsapp to find out more.
Instructions:
- To look for a specific HDB Estate, e.g. Tampines, Bedok, Hougang, etc, just type in the keyword into the search box located on the top right hand corner of the table.
- To look for shop listings that are suitable for specific trades such as tuition, minimart, etc, just type on the keyword into the search box as well.
- “Trades Recommended” column are trades that I personally recommend based on my experience, which I think will be viable for that specific shop and locale.
